Chew Valley Studio
Our NEW Chew Valley Studio is based within JM Fitness in Winford Cattle Market, offering equipment sessions and mat work classes for all levels.
The equipment sessions are taught 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1.
1:1 – This is a private one-to-one session with your teacher. These sessions can be specifically tailored to your need and are particularly suited to people recovering from an injury or training for an event.
2:1 – These semi private classes are for two people and your teacher. These sessions tend to be booked by friends, family members and couples.
3:1 – These open studio classes are shared sessions for a maximum of three people and your teacher. During these sessions you will start the class together and then be guided around the various pieces of equipment by your teacher. The exercises will be tailored to your individual needs and goals. The three people sharing these sessions will be put together by the teacher.If you haven’t done any equipment Pilates before it is advisable (but not essential) to have a 1:1 prior to joining a 3:1 shared session.

Equipment session cost
All equipment sessions are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Block bookings are non-refundable.
Reformer classes are taught 1:1 or 2:1. Each class lasts for 55 minutes.

Friday 3:30 – 8:30 pm
Saturday 12.30 – 4:30 pm
Mat work classes
The Mat work classes are taught in small groups and are suitable for all levels.The next mat work course will begin the week commencing Monday 8th January. It will run for 6 weeks and costs £48. Single/Drop in class £12

*Monday 10.00 – 10.55 am – Beg/Improvers level
Tuesday 1:00 – 1.55 pm – Intermediate level
Tuesday 7:30 – 8:25 pm – Intermediate level
*Tuesday 8:30 – 9:25 pm – Beg/Improvers level
* If you are a complete beginner it is advisable (but not essential) to have a 1:1 prior to joining this class.
