    Our Clifton studio runs mat work courses, and our Chew Valley studio, runs equipment based sessions and mat work courses. These are suitable for all levels.

  • Mat work courses

    Our mat work courses run from Monday to Saturday. Each course runs for 7 or 8 weeks and each class lasts for 55 minutes. Our classes are run in small groups. We have many levels to suit all ages and fitness abilities.

    At our Chew Valley Studio we have a more personal experience with equipment based Pilates. The exercises and intensity are carefully tailored to your individual needs and goals. Equipment based sessions are taught 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1

Pilates is a body conditioning form of exercise that targets deep postural muscles, which help to protect and stabilise the spine. Our Bristol based Pilates sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels and are particularly recommended for those suffering from chronic back pain, sports injuries, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, womens’ health problems, repetitive sprain injury, stress-related illness or ME.

Pilates works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. Osteopaths, physiotherapists and general practitioners recommend Pilates as one of the safest forms of exercise today, beneficial for just about everyone, regardless of age, gender and fitness level.
